Stir Fry Strips

Having a stash of good beef already cut for stir fries or stroganoffs is a great way to make a delicious dinner quickly. These stir fry strips are hand cut from the Bottom Sirloin and single packaged so they defrost quickly in water. The bottom sirloin is often times consider too high a quality for stir fry but in the Brasas Food and Wine Society even weeknight casual dinners are an opportunity to celebrate with great quality.
